Returns
In-Store Purchase
All Sales are FINAL. We do not cover damage due to normal wear-and-tear or abuse. There is no warranty on Sterling Silver and plated goods.
Online Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Email customer service to obtain a return code. Full refunds will be accepted when we received the order within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item must be in its original condition—original packaging and/or product tag attached.
